This fund honors a man who served as teacher, principal, and Superintendent of Schools in the Wakefield system for over 40 years. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen, Chairman of the Wakefield Housing Authority, as well as on numerous other committees including TSF Board of Directors. Phyllis was a charter member of TSF and attended both the 20th anniversary and the 40th anniversary celebrations.
