Karen DeMarchi Rotondi attended and graduated from Mary Cliff Academy in 1960. She attended Merrimack College and graduated from there in 1964. She also took graduate courses at Lowell and Salem State Colleges. Karen taught school at St. Patrick’s in Stoneham and Saugus, St. Anthony’s in Somerville and St. Mary’s of the Annunciation in Danvers. Karen married Arthur J. Rotondi, Jr. in August of 1967. Their children Ellen (Rotondi) Dawe married to G. Troy Dawe live in Centreville, VA and have their granddaughters Siena and Sophia Dawe. Cara Leigh Rotondi of Nashua, NH and Kristi Rotondi of Wakefield are both computer specialists. Their daughter Holly Rotondi of Arlington, VA is the Events Coordinator for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. This fund has a preference for students attending either Merrimack College or a Catholic College or University.
